No Jewellery Spaces Left!

Known as 'The city in the countryside', the magnificent medieval city of Salisbury has it all: historic streets and alleyways, charming half-timbered buildings, traditional English eating houses and shopping streets full of character, not to mention a superb range of attractions, including the UK's finest medieval cathedral. Every Saturday there is a popular market right outside the Guild Hall (you can just see the Guildhall steps on the far left of the photo) which will mean extra people to visit us!

The dates we've booked are:

Saturday August 8th and Saturday October 31st 2009.

These were the only dates we could get, which goes to show what a popular venue this is, and we only got August due to a cancellation!

We have access to the hall from 8.30am but we must be out of the hall by 6pm. The fair will run from 9am to 5pm each Saturday.

Spaces

The Hall is very beautiful. As you can see, it's light, bright and airy too. It'll look fabulous when we're all set up!

There are sockets in the Hall but we would ask that you bring gang leads and long extension cables as the sockets are well spaced. Trestle tables of 6ft by 2ft and chairs are supplied. There are extra chairs if needed.

Each table in the Hall will cost £40.00. There is no discount for multiple table bookings. There are also six tables available in the Foyer, which is the first room the public arrive in when they enter the Guildhall. Foyer spaces would be perfect for crafters using display boards or those with a high table display. You can request a Foyer or Hall table on the booking form.

If you don't make a selection, then a table in either room will be allocated randomly.

Unloading

Unloading can take place from outside the Guild Hall, wardens will allow you about 10 minutes to unload. There are a few steps up to the Guild Hall, and the Banqueting Room is to the left as you enter the building. There is full disabled access.

Parking

There is a long stay car park a few minutes walk away and, at time of publishing (05/02/09), costs £4.00 for the whole day. The car park is in Culver Street which is marked on the map on the next page (which also gives directions on how to get to Salisbury itself)

For SatNav users the Guild Hall postcode is SP1 1JH
