The Venue The Pilot Boat Inn sits directly opposite the beach at Lyme Regis. We visit Lyme often, and it's a busy place at most times of the year. We've chosen summer dates for our fairs as that's when Lyme is, naturally, at its busiest. The photo above was taken on the first day of May half term. The town was brimming and the sun was glorious! Our fair will be in the function room of the Pilot Boat. The room is accessible straight from the street via the Pilot Boat's garden area, a matter of 100 yards from the beach and 20 yards from the main street.

Tables are £40.00 for an 8ft by 2ft table, or £20.00 for a circular table 4ft in diameter. Electricity is supplied for anyone who needs it, and I would recommend lighting as the function room can be bit a little dim on grey days.
