Stalls
These are 2.5m by 2.5m square. They were brand new last year and are excellent. We know from practice that these stalls can cope in any weather. For 2008 we are looking to book up to 25 stalls.Tables
These are supplied as part of the stall. They will be approximately 6 ft by 2ft. Although only one table is supplied, please feel free to bring any other display props you use. You have a whole 2.5 by 2.5 metres to work with.Electricity
will be supplied by ECC. Please ensure that any leads you bring meet current PAT safety regulations or you will not be allowed to use them. Please do not bring kettles or heaters as these will trip the electrics. Please say on your booking form if your require electricity for anything other than lighting.Parking
The best car park to use is the Quay & Cathedral car park 5 minutes walk away. It is £5.50 for a whole day, or free if you have a blue badge for the disabled. Please see the map for details.Refreshments & Entertainment
There are plenty of coffee shops and cafes for drinks and pastries, quite a few being just across the road in Cathedral Yard. If you need a coffee or to fetch some lunch, someone will be at hand to watch your stall.
Last August we enjoyed a Jazz band from the local college, a hog roast and (my personal favourite) a creperie. Exeter City Council hope to be able to offer the same this year depending upon availability.
